One Party Logistics BV, handelend onder de naam OnePL, accepteert alleen aansprakelijkheid als expediteur.

Alle vervoer wordt uitbesteed.

Op alle diensten van OnePL zijn van toepassing de Nederlandse Expeditie Voorwaarden zoals gedeponeerd door de Fenex ter griffie van de Rechtbanken te Amsterdam, Arnhem, Breda en Rotterdam, laatste versie (“Fenex voorwaarden”), inclusief de daarin opgenomen arbitrageclause. Deze voorwaarden worden u op verzoek toegestuurd. Voor de algemene voorwaarden van Fenex verwijzen wij naar: www.fenex.nl. Expediteurs zoals OnePL en door ons ingeschakelde vervoerders hebben een beperkte aansprakelijkheid. Daarom raden wij u altijd aan om een transportverzekering af te sluiten.

Term and Conditions

One Party Logistics BV, acting under the name OnePL, accepts only liability as a forwarder.

All transport will be done by other parties, the carriers.

All of OnePL’s services are subject to the Dutch Forwarding Conditions (general conditions of the FENEX) as deposited with the registry of the Courts of Amsterdam, Arnhem, Breda and Rotterdam, latest issue, including the arbitration clause therein. These conditions will be sent to you upon your first request. Also these conditions and more information can be found on www.fenex.nl. Forwarders as OnePL and the contracted carriers have limited liabilities. We therefore advise our customers to arrange for appropriate transportation insurance.

OnePL reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such modifications shall be effective immediately upon either posting of the modified Terms of Use or by notification to you.
